How did it all start?
As a lifelong chocoholic and a keen baker, I decided to combine the two and start baking brownies. They couldn’t be any old brownies, they had to be the chocolatiest, gooiest, moistest, yummiest, fudgiest brownies I had ever tasted. I hit gold with perfecting my best fudgey brownie recipe and decided that they were too good to just bake for friends and family and wanted to share the brownie love… and so Flitcroft’s homebaked brownies was born.
As the business grew, I needed help running it. So that’s when my daughter, Issy, was introduced to the world of FHB.
Lovingly homemade Belgian brownies, prepared in my kitchen, overlooking the beautiful hills of Saddleworth.
We only use the finest ingredients including free range eggs from a local farm, locally sourced cream from cows reared right here in Saddleworth, Luxury Jersey butter made in Yorkshire and rich Belgian chocolate, all combined together to create the best homemade brownies.
