Delivery Information 📮

At Flitcroft’s Home Baked we use Royal Mail 1st delivery service. For larger parcels over 2 kilograms we use APC next day courier service.

I freshly bake the brownies on Monday’s and Tuesday’s, on Wednesday’s I slice, decorate and package the brownies and on Thursday’s and Friday’s with the help of my daughter we process and dispatch the orders.

Please place your orders for that week’s dispatch on no later than Monday so that we have time to bake them and send them out that same week. Any orders that come in after the Monday deadline will be processed the following week.

Please note that we are closed over the weekend and no orders will be processed, although you can still collect from our collection box.

Parcels maybe delayed due to Royal Mail strikes so please allow extra time. Please make sure you have the correct address and house name or number & postcode when placing the order as I can’t take responsibility for parcels going missing or being returned due to an error (this happens a lot!), also I can’t be held responsible for the recipient not collecting the parcel from the post office (this happens a lot too! why would you not want to pick up your brownies?!?).
